ABC Teachers are looking to recruit a full time early years teacher from October half term at a wonderful school in the Northfield area of Birmingham. The role will require a flexible and enthusiastic individual who can take on full planning and preparation responsibilities which a full class teaching role entails.

The school is a busy and popular school which caters for children from early years through to Year 6, and has a growing reputation within the local community. The school benefits from impressive outdoor learning facilities and interactive resources within each class room and has a dedicated team of staff who strive to deliver a creative and engaging curriculum.

The successful candidate must:

- Hold valid QTS

- Have excellent working knowledge of the Early years curriculum

- Show commitment towards pupil development

- Be consistent in maintaining high standards

- Demonstrate the highest regard for healthy and safety and safeguarding procedures

- Show passion towards good teaching practice

Please note that only candidates who are available full time, until the end of the academic year will be considered for this role; both newly qualified and experienced teachers will be considered. 

What to do next:

To be considered for this position you will be required to attend a face to face registration and hold an enhanced DBS check in Child Workforce. You will need to pay for this upfront, but once you are fully registered, have uploaded this onto the Update Service and have worked 1 full day with us then we will reimburse you the cost.  At the registration we will discuss in more detail the work that you are looking for, your experience to date, and also how we are going to work best for you. 

We will need to gain references to cover the last 2 years, and a minimum of 2 references must be a school based. Our compliance team have a rigorous safeguarding and clearance process and this is how we know we are working with the best possible team of staff to employ in our schools.
