£23 per hour (approximately 20 hours per learner per subject)
The post will be based in our Midlands region
We are a Registered Apprenticeship Training Provider delivering apprenticeships across our national network of 60 primary, special & secondary academies and other schools/academies outside of the Trust.
You will develop and deliver dynamic learning programmes that meet the needs of our apprentices and utilise multiple and diverse teaching and learning strategies. You will plan and deliver Maths, English and ICT functional skills as required, delivering both in group settings remotely and 1:1 face to face and remotely Level 1 up to Level 2, enabling learners to attain qualifications that will enable them to complete their apprenticeship programmes.
You will have proven experience of delivering English, maths and ICT Functional Skills (preferably all, but not essential). You will be familiar with the recent Functional Skills reforms and ideally have experience of delivering English and maths to the new Functional Skills qualifications. You will hold a teaching qualification and have experience of delivering Functional Skills remotely using online technology and delivering face to face. In addition you will hold Level 3 Maths, English and ICT and desirably hold a subject specialism across one of the areas.
