The Position
ISD is looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager to support the future growth of ISD. The Fundraising Manager will join the Community Relations team to achieve its mission to support the school with developing a culture of fundraising and philanthropy as a key component of the school’s alternative revenue goals
The Fundraising Manager reports directly to the Director of Community Relations and works closely with the Director and the Board of Trustees.
Professional experience and personal qualities:
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
· University degree in business, marketing or communications
· Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
· Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
· Experience in fundraising
· Passion, energy, optimism, the ability to make things happen
· The capacity to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
· Strong organizational management skills
Compensation Package
The salary for the Fundraising Manager is commensurate with the responsibilities of the position. The position is a full-time role and includes an annual professional development allowance.
The initial contract will be two years with an option to extend beyond the initial contract. Salary and benefits for this post are competitive and will be commensurate with the responsibilities of this position.
