Position: Part-Time Games Coach (Assistant Coach) 2 days per week - Thursday and Friday

Role Overview:
As a Games Coach at Ruckleigh School, you will support the delivery of high-quality sports coaching sessions that promote physical activity, teamwork, and skill development among primary-aged children. You will work closely with the Games Master and teaching staff to create engaging lessons aligned with the UK curriculum.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of Diploma in relevant field (e.g., Sports Coaching, Physical Education)
- At least 2 years’ experience working in sports coaching or related roles within an educational setting
- Understanding of the UK primary school curriculum related to health and physical education
- Ability to plan, deliver, and assess effective games sessions tailored to young learners’ needs
- Strong communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
- Enthusiasm for promoting healthy lifestyles through sport
- Sports for both girls and boys include Football, Cricket, Athletics, Netball
