Trinity Academy is the outstanding flagship school in Trinity Multi-Academy Trust. We are a growing Multi-Academy Trust, our Executive Principal is a National Leader of Education and we are the lead school in the Trinity Teaching School Alliance, White Rose Maths and West Yorkshire Maths Hub.

We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our team; the main purpose of the role is to provide a professional, efficient and effective administration service for staff across the Trust. The role will entail a range of duties that contribute to a successful support service.

Excellent administration and communication skills are essential, as is flexibility and the ability to prioritise. You must be able to provide high quality customer service, maintain accurate records and have experience of managing databases. You will be working within a forward-thinking team that includes senior school leaders and educationalists and you will be fully committed to improving education standards.

Knowledge of IT systems and packages is essential to this role, as is an understanding of administration systems and processes. Administration or office experience is essential, as are the skills to work effectively within a small team. Knowledge or experience of working in an education setting is desirable, but not essential.

Flexibility is required as the postholder will be working across the trust (Calderdale academies only).

Trinity Multi Academy Trust is a Diocesan multi academy trust that is open to schools of all faiths and none. It has also established Trinity Institute of Education (formerly Trinity Teaching School Alliance) and the West Yorkshire Maths Hub, both of which have helped to raise pupil performance in hundreds of schools across the country.

In 2015 Trinity MAT was established. It now contains ten academies covering from nursery stage through to post-16, including two brand new secondary schools which opened in September 2021. The MAT has seen numerous educational changes but one thing has remained constant; we know what works, and so we have formed a group of like-minded schools to make a positive difference on a wider scale.
