The UCL Academy are seeking a highly motivated and hardworking General Administrator to work as part of the UCL Academy administration team. Job Role:

o To support all aspects of the Finance Director’s work and administrative / secretarial support, communications, general administrative support functions and management of specific projects on behalf of the Finance Director and the Academy;

o To provide a professional, proactive, customer focused administration service to all the stakeholders, enabling services to meet the ultimate obligations;

o Helping the Finance Director in different functions, this includes finance, HR, reception, operations and day-to-day management. Assisting Letting operations;

o Managing day-to-day operations and resolving all the issues timely, this includes emails, telephone, suppliers and staff enquiries;

o Helping in updating academy policies, procedures and systems;

o Helping in staff recruitment process, staff training, GDPR compliance and procurements;

o To undertake varies projects as directed by the Finance Director.

You Will:

• Be proactive, approachable, calm and professional

• Have excellent communication skills and a high level of personal organisation

• Must be able to work professionally under pressure to meet deadlines, and operate flexibly within the changing needs of the school

• A good working knowledge of MS Office programmes.

• able to work accurately and efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail is essential as well as being highly numerate.

Salary: UCL Academy Pay Scale 5, SP12 (£26,544)
