Hours: Part Time – 37.5 hours per week.
Actual hours required to execute your duties will vary, with some weekend and evening working required.
Location: Based Vector Park Office. Visits to Slough, Langley and Bridge House, Feltham Tuition Centres. Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer

General Manager AE Tuition is a successful private tuition company that has been operating in the Berkshire/Buckinghamshire/Greater London area for more than 30 years. The CEO is now keen to find someone who buys into who they are, where they and the company are going, and the model that has brought the company success over the years. Someone dynamic that will make the business tick with that entrepreneurial edge which will push AE Tuition forward in the coming years to become a household name, whilst maintaining the current level of excellence in education through our tuition centres and publications. With a track record of being a successful classroom practitioner, you will have experience in a senior position within education perhaps as a Head Teacher, Bursar or General Manager. You will be educated to postgraduate level, preferably with an MBA or similar, and have proven leadership skills to get the best out of the management team as well as the teaching staff.
