Job overview

We now require a talented and committed individual to join The Radclyffe School to ensure the smooth running of all strategic and operational aspects of the school's daily operation.

Reporting to a member of the Senior Leadership Management Team, the General Operations Manager is responsible for effectively managing and developing support staff teams throughout the school, ensuring the smooth running of the organisation and creating a positive view of the organisation in the wider community together with internal and external stakeholders.

 The post holder will efficiently and effectively liaise with the Headteacher and HR Manager in addition to providing advice and guidance to support the SLMT and take appropriate action to ensure the school is able to make the best use of available resources. This role commands the strictest level of confidentiality and discretion.
