Tes are currently working on behalf of a top international school in Doha, Qatar. This established group of schools follows the British National Curriculum. They are looking for high-calibre, inspirational Geography Teachers to join them for this academic year and beyond.
This is an ASAP or January start depending on notice periods.
Qatar is one of the fastest developing countries in the Middle East and is a country buzzing with energy, rich in tradition, bursting with development with an excellent climate. There are great sporting and leisure facilities with many opportunities to see international sporting and cultural events. The demand for excellent education from the large expatriate community working in the country, as well as the local community, resulted in the founding of this group.
What are the school looking for?
• Qualified Geography Teacher with a PGCE & QTS (or equivalent)
• Bachelor degree in Geography
• Fluent in English
• Strong background within the British curriculum
• Ambitious, team player with lots of enthusiasm for their subject
• Already based in Qatar or available for immediate relocation
