German Language Teacher

 A well-motivated and positive individual is sought for the above post. A teacher who can demonstrate that our profession is a vocation, who is committed to enhancing a love of German throughout the school, enjoys teaching within the classroom and proactively gets involved in the extra curricula activities of the school, will receive a favourable response and a skype interview request.
This post signals the next development of the school as we  introduce a third language. Initially German will begin within G6-8 for 2018-19 but then develop into CIE IGCSE and IBDP ab Initio for 2019-20. We therefore require someone organized, confident and positive to introduce a scheme of work that will engage the students and help develop the subject further.

With this and the remaining posts available there is flexibility should a suitably motivated candidate wish to step into pastoral care and teach a very small PSHE remit or receive time allowance in lieu of a Head of House role. General requirements of applicants:
1.  Qualified teachers, fluent English speaking with excellent verbal and writing skills;
2.  Holding a degree from a recognised institution (Bachelor or above) and a recognised teaching qualification;
3.  With a minimum two years of relevant teaching experience.
4.  IGCSE and hopefully some IBDP experience preferred.
