Global Head of Sales

Alpha Plus is currently looking for a Global Head of Sales to lead a global sales and admissions team for one of the industry’s most reputable 6th form college groups. 

The role will require business travel to key sales regions: Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, China, South East Asia. 

Background 

The three Abbey DLD Colleges currently have a capacity of c.1,600 students and typically recruit c.500-600 international students every year from across the globe. The sales team primarily responsible for recruiting these students currently comprises more than 20 sales people based internationally and in the UK. Individuals from the colleges will also travel internationally to aid in recruitment efforts and, in this capacity, are in effect part of the wider sales team.  

In order to ensure that students successfully enrol in our colleges, our sales team works closed with a centralised admissions team (the “IAC”). The IAC manage the majority of our international students through the admissions process and helps them to secure suitable visas to enable them to study. The IAC is managed by our Head of Admissions and has six members of staff. The Head of Admissions will report to the Head of Global Sales.

Remuneration 

£75,000 - £85,000 plus bonus scheme.
