Endeavour Learning Trust are looking to appoint a highly organised, methodical individual to join our central team in the role of Governance and ELSA Support Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to join our governance team and work flexibly around the academic calendar of scheduled daytime and early evening meetings. This is a new role being introduced into the Trust, working as part of the People Services team and reporting into the Governance and Compliance Professional. You will provide administrative and clerking support to help contribute towards the effective functioning of Governance and Compliance across the Trust.
The role will also include supporting the Endeavour Learning School Alliance (ELSA) with administrative and clerking support to help with the facilitation and smooth running of ELSA meetings throughout the academic year.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic, positive, flexible and motivated individual with personal drive. You will be a self-starter, who can work with minimal supervision; proactive, with the ability to see what needs to be done and to prioritise work accordingly. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with all members of our Trust community.

ROLE DETAILS
This position is full time, permanent and term time only. Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm & Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm.
There is a requirement to attend day time and early evening meetings, frequently across the academic year which offers some flexibility with the hours being returned to you as time in lieu.
Travel between locations will be a requirement of this role. Mileage will be reimbursed as appropriate.
