Governance Manager – Panels and Processes

This new role provides an exciting opportunity to join our award winning governance team and take the next step in your governance career.

The role will include:

-arranging, supporting, advising on and delivering effective panel hearing processes in line with agreed timescales

-advising on compiling compliant paperwork for complaints and exclusions hearings

-creating accurate and timely minutes of hearings, and outcome letters in relation to complaints and exclusions hearings

-advising and supporting Chairs of Governors and Headteachers undertaking Stage 2 complaint investigations

Depending on capacity and volume of processes, the postholder will also provide some support for local governance within the Greater Manager Hub.
