Sibford School Sibford School is a co-educational, independent day and boarding school for children aged 3-18 based on the edge of the Cotswolds. We are seeking to appoint a Graduate Assistant for the 2023/24 academic year. This is an excellent opportunity if you are seeking to develop a career in teaching or working with young people in another capacity.
You will be educated to graduate level, and will be enthusiastic, driven and willing to support various aspects of school life, including some boarding and weekend duties. The nature of the responsibilities and role will, in part, depend on the strengths, interests and aptitude of the post holder.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with some evenings and weekends. Term time only, 34 weeks.
Accommodation can be provided on a ‘house share’ basis. A subsidised accommodation charge applies but this includes utilities and meals provided Monday to Friday during term time. Further information on accommodation is available.

Sibford School is set in more than 50 acres of grounds and is surrounded by glorious Oxfordshire countryside.
Established in 1842 as a co-educational boarding school for the children of Quaker families, Sibford has, from the outset, been a centre of educational excellence.
