ABOUT THE SCHOOL

The St Marylebone CE Bridge School was opened in September 2013 by the existing St Marylebone CE School, a mainstream secondary school rated successively ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, to provide an innovative education to students with statements for Speech, Language and Communication. Serving the local community it fulfils the need for secondary places for students with speech and language barriers.

The School aims to create an environment in which our students can achieve their maximum potential, gain independence and social awareness so that they can enjoy and participate in the world of work and adult society along with their mainstream peers.

Successful candidates will join our small, friendly and supportive team of experienced staff. The School offers excellent opportunities for CPD and our partner school, The St Marylebone CE School, offers teacher training programmes as the Lead School in the St Marylebone Teaching School Alliance, a great starting point for candidates looking to gain Qualified Teacher Status in the future.
