We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and capable tutor with exceptional Mathematics subject knowledge to join our learning support team. The successful candidate will be helping students with additional needs ensuring that strategies are implemented to respond to the individual needs of the students.
The nature of the role is to work on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, with an assessment of progress at the end. Applicants need to be able to diagnose where students' weaknesses lie, remedy and ensure that the learning is secure. Candidates need to be able to quickly develop a positive relationship with students, and be tenacious in the pursuit of progress.
