We are currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated and organised Graduate Trainee to join our Sports team. The college has a strong ethos of enrichment and sports participation, and is committed to providing extensive activities for all students. Our enrichment and sports provision were noted to be of a ‘high standard’ during our most recent Ofsted inspection.

This new role provides an exciting opportunity for you to gain work experience in coordinating opportunities for our students and the wider college community, to engage in activities which promote good health and wellbeing.  You will plan, deliver and publicise a range of physical activities and wellbeing events, and encourage active participation in our programme of activities.

You should have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Experience of coaching young people, and knowledge of local sports and physical activity providers are equally important to the role.
