About the Programme:

The Postgraduate Teaching Apprenticeship programme equips aspiring teachers with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed to thrive in the classroom. Through a blend of theoretical learning and hands-on teaching practice, apprentices will develop into confident and competent teachers. This comprehensive training programme is designed to support individuals in achieving Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) while working within our dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with experienced teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons
  • Support the academic and social development of students through differentiated instruction
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student growth
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice
  • Focus on the use of digital technology within the classroom


 Entry Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics at grade C/4 or above
  • Demonstrated passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students’ lives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning
