Job overview
Our Design & Print team is looking for a creative, motivated and organised Graphic Designer.
This role will be carrying out design and artwork for digital and printed media’s, including brochures, adverts, posters, leaflets and signage etc. You will get involved in initial design ideas and concepts through to creating finished artwork. Good administration and literacy skills are a necessity as is a willingness to be involved in areas of print production.
You will need an up-to-date portfolio showing original and inspiring digital and print design work. You will also be qualified to Higher National Diploma / Degree Level or have proven relevant experience in a creative and/or digital design, have good IT skills and confident in the use of Apple Mac OS and current design applications, such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. A ‘can-do’ attitude is absolutely essential.
Please note if you are selected for the next stage in the process, you will be required to attend the College’s premises, unless exceptional circumstances apply. Unfortunately, the College is unable to contribute towards the associated travel costs.
