Providing administrative support to a busy team of Assessment Managers, you will deal with payments, purchasing, meeting arrangements, publication of assessment materials, minute taking, contracting consultants and supporting exam series tasks.

About the role

You will be providing high quality general administrative support for the team members, including managing communications within and beyond the team, re-directing queries in colleagues' absences, monitoring the shared inbox and monitoring calendars.

As well as supporting our teams, you will support our schools and centres across the world by publishing our assessment materials on our School Support Hub. Working with our teams, you will ensure the documents we produce are error free, and any data is clear and accurate (whether this is spreadsheets, letters, or emails).

As a growing business, you will support our team by assisting with examiner recruitment and managing examiner applications, as well as support new Assessment Managers by setting up their accounts and ordering any hardware they will need. You will also manage the commissioning of consultant, including completing commissioning letters and ensuring payment of fees as relevant, managing purchasing and payment of invoices.

About you

You have intermediate to advanced level skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Teams, as well as excellent organisational and planning skills. With a confident telephone manner, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a high standard of written and spoken English.
