Group Curriculum Director – SEND

Salary: Circa £70K (more for an exceptional candidate)

Based at Hackney to work Cross Campus

We are looking for a dynamic professional with a proven track record of success and a genuine desire to play the lead role in the strategic development of the College’s SEND provision.

You will also have the ability to manage a complex and diverse curriculum area across multiple sites, maximise staff performance and coach individuals to reach their full potential. You will hold a relevant degree or equivalent qualification, will be teacher-trained and have both management and teaching experience. Experience of PFA, a range of SEND curriculum, including supported internships and inclusive apprenticeships is also desirable.

You will take the strategic lead on all aspects of curriculum for SEND learners across all college campuses to ensure an inclusive, harmonised and high quality curriculum offer.
