About the role
The role is full time (37 hours), permanent.
The successful candidate will be report directly into the Principal and CEO, the Group Director will lead the development and implementation of a robust accountability and performance management framework.

Over 15,200 students learn with Middlesbrough College every year. There are 4,276 full time students aged 16-18 at the college. The college has links with over 1000 employers and over 1000 of its students progressed to university in 2016. The college also has a purpose built sixth form centre (MC6) boasting a 100% pass rate in 19 subjects.
