This County is ambitious with a fourfold vision for Nottinghamshire to make it a great place to raise a family; to build a future; to enjoy later life and to start and grow a business.  Nottinghamshire currently has 336 schools (primary, secondary and special), 138 of which are academies (41%); apart from one secondary school, the remaining 44 are academies.
