AISL the holding company of Harrow International Schools, the Harrow Innovation Leadership Academies and Harrow Little Lions Early Years Centres, has ambitious expansion plans and this is an exciting opportunity to play a significant part in the growth of a highly successful organisation. The Group Principal of Harrow Little Lions is a new post and will play a key part in an expanded education team. Based in Hong Kong, the successful candidate will develop Harrow Little Lions as an agenda-setting brand in international, bilingual, early years education. 

The appointed candidate will have substantial Early Years Foundation Stage/ Key Stage One expertise, current knowledge of successful British early years teaching methods and a track record of successful leadership developed in a group setting or at system level. He or she will translate the Harrow vision into all Harrow Little Lions settings, inspiring others, leading by example and promoting the sharing of best practice to create a family of leading bilingual early years settings in China.
