AISL, the holding company of Harrow International Schools, the Innovation Leadership Academies and Little Lions Childhood Development Centres, has ambitious expansion plans and this is an exciting opportunity to play a part in the growth of a highly successful organisation. The Group Principal of Little Lions is a new post and will be a key part of an expanded education team. Based in Hong Kong or Shenzhen, the successful candidate will develop Little Lions as an agenda-setting brand in international, bilingual, early years education.   

The appointed candidate will have substantial Early Years Foundation Stage/ Key Stage One expertise, current knowledge of successful British early years teaching methods and a track record of successful leadership developed in a school or group setting or through system-wide working. He or she will translate the Harrow vision into all Little Lions settings, inspiring others, leading by example and promoting the sharing of best practice to create a family of leading bi-lingual pre-schools in China.
