We are looking for someone to help provide our prospective parents with VIP treatment as our Group Registrar. Could that be you?
As our Group Registrar, you will bring experience, knowledge, and initiative, whilst taking responsibility for all aspects of admissions support to our schools. Your commitment ensures the seamless orchestration of the admissions process, fostering smooth operations throughout our schools.
About The Role
Contract type: Full-time, permanent, based in High Wycombe
Working pattern: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Start Date: Immediate start available
As our School Group Registrar, you will play a crucial role in promoting our schools and ensuring a seamless and efficient admissions process.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of each school’s pupil recruitment strategy, maximising new pupil conversions and increasing existing pupil retention at all entry levels.
- Ensuring all schools deliver an exceptional customer journey.
- Acting as a key brand ambassador for the schools, understanding the local market, the school’s value proposition, and appreciating the needs of parents and pupils.
- Delivering regular training to the schools to ensure a professional delivery of service.
- Reporting weekly pupil number updates to the Head of Marketing and Admissions.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience as a successful Registrar/Admissions Officer within the independent education industry (desirable but not essential).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus one years’ experience in an educational setting (Candidates without a bachelor's degree but with equivalent professional experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organisational skills and drive to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database skills.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
