Job overview
University College Jersey, a department of Highlands College, is looking to recruit a highly motivated lecturer to teach across a range of higher education programmes in construction and/or civil engineering. The successful candidate will need to be educated to degree level at minimum and ideally masters level with practical experience in the relevant industrial sector, as well as experience of lecturing in FE/HE. Membership of the Chartered Institute of Building will also be essential. Experience of programme coordination would be an advantage. The successful candidate will be expected to be the link tutor for our awarding partner, London South Bank University. As such, occasional travel to London, and also to Guernsey, will be an expectation of the role.
