HE Sport Lecturer

Full time, Fixed term 1 year, August 2018 to July 2019

The HE Sport team at the University Centre at Leeds City College is growing. The University Centre provides students with the opportunity to study for a broad range of higher education qualifications from foundation degrees, BSc (Hons), BA (Hons) top-up degree programmes, Higher National Apprenticeships and Degree Apprenticeships.

The HE Sport department specialises in P.E., Sport Performance and Sport Coaching degree programmes and require a Sports specialist with experience of teaching across a range of related modules. Candidates who can demonstrate experience within the P.E. discipline are particularly desirable

Providing students with a supportive environment is paramount to our success and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of delivering excellent pastoral care.

Whilst this initial post is a fixed post until summer 2019, there is the potential for this to be extended.
