Brighton Girls (recently rebranded from Brighton and Hove High School) is a lively and forward-thinking day school in the heart of a vibrant city. In the school’s unique family environment, girls are enabled to fulfil their academic and creative potential and learn without limits.
Established in 1876 as one of the founding schools of The Girls’ Day School Trust (GDST), Brighton Girls is proud of its strong academic track record, history of nurturing the talents of individuals and radical roots that are part of the school’s DNA. Today, the school offers an all through education to more than 500 girls aged 3-18 across two sites: a Prep School located in Hove and a High School and Sixth Form in Brighton.
Following the recently launched rebranding strategy and a commitment to further investment in the facilities, the GDST Council invites applications for the role of Head from candidates with the vision to make this school the first choice for all parents and girls in Sussex. Candidates will be innovative and ambitious, and will take pride in working in a place that every day helps shape the lives of future generations of women.
