We are looking for a creative and innovative Head Chef for our commercial restaurant in our award-winning Roundhouse campus. As Head Chef you will translate the concept and ideals of the restaurant into a successfully operating kitchen, ensuring the highest possible food preparation, cooking, hygiene and service standards are consistently delivered in line with meeting budgetary requirements.
The successful applicant will have experience of fine dining, classic and modern cuisine and a proven track record within hospitality and catering for high profile events. You will demonstrate a passion for exceptional food and service as well as a scrupulous approach to food hygiene and health and safety. Your knowledge of current food trends and contemporary cuisine will enable you to create the ethos of the restaurant and drive forward its success.
