If you have experience of successfully leading a team in a busy kitchen, with professional catering qualifications to at least Level 3 or equivalent, this is your opportunity to take on a new role that offers a great work-life balance. That’s because you’ll be working a 37 hour week from Monday-Friday during term-time, finishing no later than 4.30pm. Only limited flexibility is needed to work for 3 weeks (9.00am -1.00pm) during school holidays and covering occasional evening events or Saturday morning open days.
