Exeter School seeks an inspirational and strategic leader to become our next Head. With a rich history spanning nearly 400 years, we are an exceptional independent day school offering a distinctive educational journey for children from three to 18 years of age. Following a period of innovation and growth, including the addition of our pre-prep, we are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head to build on our academic excellence while ensuring pupils receive our character education that prepares them well for the future.
The successful candidate will be a compelling ambassador for Exeter School, with the ability to develop creative and collaborative relationships both within our community and beyond. You will have proven experience in senior leadership within academic settings, demonstrating a clear educational philosophy and the business acumen to ensure long-term sustainability in a challenging independent sector landscape.
