The Inspired Learning Group is seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Head for Clayesmore School.

Nestled in the picturesque Dorset countryside, Clayesmore is a vibrant community where students thrive both academically and personally. Our dynamic curriculum, both inside and outside the classroom, creates a buzzing atmosphere teeming with possibilities. From outstanding academic achievements to personalised support in our renowned learning department, we ensure success at every level.

This appointment is an exciting opportunity for an existing Head with the skills and experience to guide the School through the coming years. The School has an excellent reputation, following the recent acquisition by ILG, the School is in an exciting period.

The new Head must be willing to work closely in partnership with ILG, but also have the strength and independence to make their own decisions for the benefit of the School and its community.

The closing date for applications is Midday on Friday 31st October 2025.
