Kent College West Cairo and Anthony Millard Consulting are delighted to invite applications for the role of Head, to commence in August 2026.

This is an extremely exciting opportunity for a current or aspiring leader to continue to grow a school community in West Cairo which blends local tradition with the very best of British education. Kent College West Cairo is our second international partner school, after Kent College Dubai. Still in its infancy the school opened in 2022 and is growing from the younger years upwards. Currently the oldest students are in Year 10, and the Senior School buildings are open next year in a brand new purpose built facility.

The School offers an intellectually exciting programme blending historical and educational roots with state of the art facilities in an attractive suburb of Egypt’s capital.

The school’s ambition is to become one of Egypt’s leading international schools and the Head will work alongside the CEO/owner, and enjoy the support of the Head of Kent College Canterbury and the Director of International Education for Kent College.

We are looking for a Head, current or aspiring, with experience of success internationally or in the UK, who will be excited by the possibility of leading Kent College West Cairo as it grows. It is an opportunity to shape the school culture, develop its curriculum and appoint world-class teachers and support staff to create an excellent learning environment.

The Head will:
  • Be a strong strategist who has vision to grow the school.
  • Be an inspirational leader, able to create a climate which enables every member of the school community to flourish.
  • Have a good understanding of the international education landscape.
  • Be a charismatic and personable communicator, able to engage well with parents, staff, students and the wider community.
