Diocesan Girls' Junior School invites applications for the post of Head of the Diocesan Girls' Junior School in Hong Kong, a private independent school established in 1860 to offer girls a liberal education based on Christian principles. Together with the Senior School, which is a Direct Subsidy Scheme School, the two Schools operate as one School in vision and mission, enjoying shared facilities in one campus, maintaining continuity in its educational foci throughout the twelve years of primary and secondary education. The Heads of the Junior and Senior Schools are expected to work together closely and in harmony on issues of common interest.    

The School Council is seeking to appoint a forward-thinking educator who has the vision, passion and determination to continue to develop the Junior School to its fullest potential. A university graduate, with PGDE qualification, the applicant should have excellent interpersonal skills, a flair for administration and management, the ability to manage change and lead staff in school improvement programmes, and be of high moral integrity. Fluency in writing and speaking English and Chinese (Cantonese/Putonghua) will be required.

The School offers an enhanced remuneration package and staff medical scheme.
