We are looking for an ambitious proven or aspiring Head with a desire to grasp this fantastic opportunity and build on the school's strengths and reputation, whilst at the same time bringing new ideas and approaches that will generate further excitement and energy in the school; an adventurous leader who will bring out the passion in others and lead a culture of self-reflection.  Important qualities will include strong communication skills, resilience and commitment to the school's core values of academic ambition, individual pathways and success and value.
