Radley College seeks to appoint a Head of Academic Support to lead this highly successful department from September 2021 (or earlier).  The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development of the school’s Special Educational Needs (SEND) provision and oversight of the day-to-day operation of that policy with the aim of raising SEND pupil achievement.

They will lead and manage a strong team diagnosing, teaching and guiding boys with learning difficulties. Working closely with other departments they will be responsible for the provision of excellent levels of support relating to boys’ special educational needs and examination arrangements within the school. An element of teaching lessons might be possible but not considered essential.
