The College is seeking to appoint a Head of Additional Learning Support to commence August 2021. The successful candidate will be an experienced teacher with a passion for supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities. Working closely with the Assistant Principal and other senior colleagues, you'll use your leadership skills to manage the provision in the College and provide support to other staff.
Responsibilities will include implementation of the College’s strategy, carrying out assessments of needs and working with staff, senior leaders, parents and relevant external agencies to implement and monitor individual support and learning plans.
You will also have classroom teaching duties so a teaching qualification with QTS/QTLS is essential.
