Emanuel School are seeking to appoint an experienced, hard-working and creative Head of Admissions & Communications.
Emanuel School is a co-educational independent secondary school in Wandsworth, London, with just over 900 pupils. We aim to balance academic excellence with the provision of supportive pastoral care and a wide range of co-curricular activities across the arts and sports.
The Head of Admissions & Communications is a diverse new role with responsibility for building strong relationships with local primary and prep schools, managing thorough and fair admissions procedures, planning and organising large-scale events, and delivering a consistent and positive identity and ‘brand’ through all our communications materials.
The post holder will have experience that demonstrates a positive understanding of the impact that powerful communications can have on pupil admissions or in an associated field. They will have excellent organisation and planning skills, and the leadership potential to engage pupils, parents and teachers alike. They may have a background in school/university admissions or in a commercial or charitable sphere with transferable skills. Their knowledge, confidence and skills in digital marketing will be excellent.
