An exciting new role has emerged at TCG as the Head of Apprenticeships. In this role you will be responsible for leading on operational management and compliance of apprenticeships at TCG in order to provide a high quality and consistent experience from the point of engagement with an employer to the timely successful completion for the learner. You will work closely with curriculum managers to monitor learner progress ensuring timely and overall success is above national benchmark and delivery is in line with contractual and internal objectives. The role will also require you to manage the apprenticeship admissions service delivery, online application, vacancies and recruitment of apprenticeships.


With a first class understanding of the apprenticeship landscape, you be able to demonstrate a proven track record of ensuring apprenticeship compliance and supporting teams to ensure that TCG apprentices are provided with a high-quality experience which enable them to progress in their careers. You will also have proven experience of providing reports to senior managers, and leading, managing and motivating staff.
