Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a new Head of Art and Technology. Art and Technology are both very popular and prominent subjects within the Academy with both GCSE and A Levels being delivered on site. The department is well equipped with 2 specialist Art rooms incorporating 2 kilns, a large Food room and two hard Technology workshops, including preparation areas. The department benefits from a full time technician.

The post would be suitable for a current leader or an experienced teacher looking to take on a Head of Department position. The Academy will also consider applications from teachers who are ambitious, motivated and looking for the support and guidance to move into such a post.
