The Role: The successful applicant should be positive, dynamic and have a genuine engaging enthusiasm for the subject. You need to be able to drive excellence by valuing and developing others, you will be a qualified teacher with extensive experience of both hands-on teaching and management in education. This means you will be fully up to date with curriculum developments. Strong on leadership and people management, you will have a flair for setting and meeting challenging performance targets.The ethos at Mulberry is a key strength of the school and we are seeking to recruit a passionate and creative professional.
