We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational leader to take the helm of our outstanding Arts department. You will lead a committed team of highly experienced teachers in delivering exceptional learning experiences for the students at Northampton College. If you have leadership and management experience and proven outstanding classroom practice, then we would like to hear from you.
You would ideally have to be a specialist in a related discipline. You must be highly organised, knowledgeable in using data to support students and have the ability to communicate effectively with clarity and sensitivity to the college community. You will enjoy leading, and being part of, a team, and can be flexible and creative in your approach.

Northampton College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational further education college situated in Northamptonshire. It is a 16-plus institution with three campuses: a major building at its main Northampton site, a smaller campus near the town centre and another 20 miles away in Daventry. It provides places for around 9,000 students aged 16 and over, most of whom are full-time and aged 16-18.
Northampton College was opened in 1973. It merged with Daventry Tertiary College to expand its Daventry campus in August 2004, and its Booth Lane campus reopened after a large redevelopment in 2012.
