Head of Birth to 6 Community: Forestville Montessori School, Sydney

for the Montessori philosophy and knowledge of the developmental needs

As the Head of Birth to 6 Community you will report directly to the Principal
and join the management team. Together the team assumes
responsibility in providing leadership to staff to implement our strategic
plan, Beyond Today. This is our commitment to identifying opportunities
that ensure we are dynamic and responsive to the ever-changing world
we live in.
Children will know you to be unconditional in your support for their needs,
warm in your interactions, flexible in your approach and all-embracing in
nurturing their individuality in deep and meaningful ways as they develop
their understanding of the world.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Montessori credential - AMI, AMS or MI, Birth-3 & or 3-6 Diploma
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Teaching experience in a Montessori environment
- A valid working Visa / right to work in Australia is preferred
