A Head of Boarding is required to assist the Head and Deputy Heads in coordinating the overall organisation of boarding. In collaboration with the Heads of Boys’ and Girls’ Boarding, all boarding staff, and the Activities Director, the Head of Boarding is responsible for the safety, good discipline and pastoral well-being of all students who board in the College.
The Head of Boarding will have line management responsibility for Head of Boys’ Boarding and Girls’ Boarding, teams of boarding tutors, matron(s), overall care of students in boarding.
The successful candidate will welcome the many opportunities to contribute to the lively extra-curricular life of the College, which is situated in rural East Hertfordshire.
