Job overview
We are looking for an energetic and caring boarding professional to lead our boarding community, from September 2024 or January 2025. You will have a proven track record in boarding, delivering a nurturing, engaging and safe experience. The school will consider applications from both teaching and non-teaching professionals.

Northbourne Park has a strong tradition of Outdoor Education, as well as excellence in sport, music and languages. Alongside the school's English curriculum, we run a unique Section Française Bilingue for pupils in Years 7 and 8, which helps create a rich and valued culture for languages at the school and a thriving full boarding community.

Academic and Sporting success – over the years we have sent children to a range of leading independent schools and local grammar schools, with a high success rate in a range of scholarships.
A unique bilingual programme - Northbourne Park is the only boarding, prep school in the UK (as far as we know!) which offers French curriculum studies alongside the British Curriculum.
