We are seeking an inspirational and experienced Head of Brand and Foundation Development to define, design, develop and deliver strategies and plans in relation to the Aysgarth brand and the Aysgarth Foundation.
Key to success will be the development and improvement of the School’s brand on a local, regional, national and international basis in parallel with the development and growth of the Foundation and outreach programme.
Reporting directly to the Headmaster, this is a brand new role and attracts a generous salary and staff discount on Aysgarth school fees.
Aysgarth is one of the leading prep schools in the country and has been documented as such by a number of external agencies. It was recognised as Prep School of the year by Tatler in 2019/20 and its most recent Independent Schools Inspectorate report identified it as excellent in every category.

About Aysgarth School
Aysgarth is one of the country’s leading independent Prep Schools. It comprises a traditional boys boarding prep school (8-13) and a co-educational pre-prep (3-8) on the same site.
