We’re looking for a Head of Business Intelligence and Improvement to deliver return on investment and efficiency gains through the use of good industry practices and technology enablement as City Lit grows in size and complexity. 

PLAY A VITAL ROLE IN OUR BUSINESS SUPPORT DEPARTMENT

The Head of Business Intelligence and Improvement will work with and across internal departments to look at smarter ways of utilising systems and processes so as to support City Lit’s strategic goals. The post holder will own the roadmap for the development of business systems and ensure continued and enhanced security of City Lit’s solutions. This role will foster the right attitude within team(s) to deliver against a varied set of requirements to both internal stakeholders and the customer base.

Working in partnership with community organisations across London we deliver bespoke projects that support individuals and communities to enrich and improve lives. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the employee experience as you provide vital support that will make a huge impact on the success of our Finance department and truly contribute to being part of our continued journey of where London learns.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Significant experience within a similar role with a systems background.
  • Experience of managing business processes.
  • Innovative approach to driving quality improvement.
  • Experience of implementation of new systems.
  • Project management experience (project qualification being an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to adapt approach to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
  • Solution focussed and a problem solver.
  • Effective time management skills.
