The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of the subject and a proven track record of success, not just at GCSE level but also post 16. The Trust is seeking a person with the necessary skills to gain trust across different teams and impact positively on standards. The successful candidate will be responsible to the CEO for their performance and accountability.
