Worth School is an independent Catholic Benedictine Boarding and Day School for pupils aged 11 – 18, set in a rural location near Turners Hill. 

Head of Catering 

37.5 hours per week, all year round. 

We are seeking to appoint a Head of Catering to join our well established Catering Department. 

The successful candidate will lead and inspire the food production and delivery of a modern, contemporary, nutritious food service to all members of the School Community. You will set the strategic direction and implement a plan to deliver first class food and service levels, while evaluating performance and increasing customer satisfaction levels. You will inspire and motivate excellent performance from the catering team members and maximise productivity.

A relevant qualification in catering/hospitality is essential, as well as a passion for improving catering services and you will have contributed positively to the success of an organisation. A commercial approach is desirable as well as experience of handling large volumes of data and producing management information reports for a range of internal and external stakeholders.
